2025 OMEA PDC Registration Info

Registration and Housing Costs

On-Site Registration (Located in Convention Center)

All registrations flow through the OMEA website. Attendees seeking on-site registration are encouraged to register themselves on their mobile device. If assistance is required, our registration desk will be open during the following hours:

  • Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

General Information

All preregistration and registration flows through the OMEA website. Preregistration, (early bird), pricing is available through January 14, 2025. You may still register online after this date but prices will increase. Act now and save!

Badges will not be mailed before the conference. All badges must be picked up in person.

Registration Options/Add-Ons

There are several add-on options depending on your membership level.

  • Full Active members may add a non-teaching family member (added on-site, fees apply).
  • OCMEA members may add the "All-Chapter Breakfast Forum" which takes place on Friday morning (Jan. 14 deadline, fees apply).
  • Retired members may attend the free retired breakfast on Friday morning with preregistration (Jan. 14 deadline).
  • Retired members may add one non-teaching guest for free (must register on-site).
  • IHCP is included in your registration fee at no extra charge.
  • Ashland Graduate Credit is only available through Ashland University. It is not added to your OMEA registration. Additional information on the Graduate Credit page.
  • Reminder - all member guests must register on site. Guest registration is not available online.

Non-Member Registration

Non-Member registration is available by choosing the "Non-Member" option on the registration page. (After hitting the "Register for OMEA PDC" button.)

Saturday Only Registration

This option is only available for purchase on the Saturday of conference.

School Mail-in or Multiple Registrations from School/Organization

Note: If you need a W-9 form, please contact OMEA Executive Director Jay Wardeska, (executive_director@omea-ohio.org).

Please make checks payable to "OMEA" and mail before January 14, 2025 to:

1. Individual attendees should register online and choose pay by check/money order option. (Purchase orders not accepted.)
2. Print the registration document, (document is emailed to address you provide).

3. Collect all registrations and send with check for total to the mailing address provided.
4. Please be sure to include copies of all individual registrations to help match the payment to attendees.
5, There will be No Refunds after January 20, 2025.
