2016 Professional Conference Registration
The 2016 OMEA Professional Development Conference will be held January 28-30, 2016 at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. 2,900 registered music educators attended our annual conference in 2015, with a total attendance of approximately 9,000 ranking it as one of the largest state conferences in the country!

Detailed information about sessions and performing ensembles will be posted in coming months, but you may reserve your hotel room and register for the event starting TODAY!

OMEA members register in the member portal. You may access the portal by clicking on the button below. Once logged into the portal, choose the "Professional Development Conference" menu option in the top right part of the screen.

Non-members should click the "Non-member Registration" button below to begin the registration process.
2016 Professional Development Conference - General Information
Exhibiting information for Conference exhibitors is now available in the OMEA Business Portal!

The business portal allows new and returning exhibitors to enter and update their contact information and request specific booths to use at the 2016 OMEA Professional Development Conference.


2016 Conference Exhibit Hall Hours for Attendees:
Thursday Jan. 28 – 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Friday Jan. 29 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday Jan. 30 – 9:00 am to 12:30 pm

Planning on hosting a reception or special function at the 2016 Professional Development Conference in Cincinnati? If so, you will need to mail a completed form to Mark Hensler, Director of Professional Development by November 1st, 2015.
